Loved it! Like being there. We used to do some cross country skiing but never more. Various joints and tendons have vetoed that.

Wow! You are courageous. I will say the trail is beautiful, and you know what you are doing, but the thought that your nostrils might freeze gives me pause. The narrative is delightful.
It is wildly beautiful but the cold frightens me because I sweat a lot when I work too hard with such poor technique. Still, I go out, which is a good start!
